早餐不但要注意數(shù)量,而且要講究質(zhì)量。主食一般吃含有淀粉的食物。如:牛奶、豆?jié){、雞蛋等,能使體內(nèi)的血糖迅速升高到正?;虺^正常標準,從而使人精神振奮,精力充沛的工作或?qū)W習。對經(jīng)常不吃早餐的人來說,不但工作或?qū)W習達不到精力充沛的最佳狀況,還容易發(fā)生膽結(jié)石。

午餐應適當多吃些,而且質(zhì)量要高。主食一般是米飯、饅頭、面條等,副食品增加些富含蛋白質(zhì)和脂肪的食物,如:魚類、肉類、蛋類和豆制品等,以及新鮮蔬菜。使體內(nèi)血糖繼續(xù)保持在高水平,以保證下午的工作或?qū)W習。否則,如果因工作或?qū)W習緊張,會把腦中供應的這些神經(jīng)傳遞消耗殆盡,供不應求,就會影響工作或?qū)W習。

晚餐要吃得少,應以清淡,容易消化為原則,至少要在睡覺前兩小時進餐。如果晚餐吃得過多,并且吃進大量含蛋白質(zhì)和脂肪的食物,不容易消化,也會影響睡眠。

in my opinion, a healthy diet should consist of mainly meat and some healthy vegetable that does not have a high amount of starch.

meat can provide the protein, fat, and essential amino acids that our body needs to function properly. vegetables can provide different kinds of vitamins and minerals to help improve our immune system.

we should avoid grain because it is high in carbohydrate and if you continue a diet that is high in grain, you can develop diabetes. fruit on the other hand contains high amount of fructose which can cause insulin spike, and all the vitamins you find in fruit can also be found in vegetable.

不得不說,這次韓國之行讓我受益匪淺。令我印象最深的不是韓國那一個個充滿歡聲笑語的游樂世界,而是韓國的健康飲食。

首先我們來談一談韓國人的飲食習慣。韓國的飯菜幾乎沒有油,雖然沒有四川菜那樣油光光、亮閃閃,但是吃起來也別有一番風味。這也是韓國人血壓、膽固醇不會超標的主要原因。我覺得韓國的人參雞湯特別好吃,而且還特別補身體。每到驕陽似火的夏日,人們會在雞湯店排起長隊,爭相購買。我有幸在導游申姐姐的帶領下品嘗一回。我們一到餐館,服務生就熱情地和我們打招呼,人參雞湯上桌了。金燦燦的湯中放著枸杞,湯中有一只肥嫩的童子雞,我們用湯勺和筷子扒開雞,雞肚子里有小米、大棗、芋頭和一小段上好的人參,看得我口水都要流下來了,急忙開吃了。除了每人一鍋人參雞,桌上還放著鹽巴、醬油等佐料。當然還有每餐都出現(xiàn)的泡菜。聽導游說,韓國的泡菜不僅味道好,更重要的是吃了腸胃會特別通暢、舒服,對身體大有好處。那鮮嫩的雞肉和一鍋熱乎乎的雞湯下了肚,人頓時精神多了,旅游的疲勞感沒有了,吃這人參雞湯還真有用呢!

值得一提的還有韓國人的禮儀。導游姐姐說她的兒子每天上學放學都要在門前向她鞠90度的躬,還要向她問好。單單是這一點兒,我想我們中國的小孩就應該向他們學習,禮貌待人,尊老愛幼。

在韓國這幾天,我就養(yǎng)成了這個好習慣。我們?nèi)ニ鲜澜鐣r,看見韓國的小朋友不吵不鬧,在那兒靜靜地排著隊,一聲都不出,這也體現(xiàn)了韓國良好的國民素質(zhì),這些都值得我們學習。

現(xiàn)在,安全的食品又有多少?酸奶不能喝,豬肉吃不得,可樂不能喝,就連礦泉水也不讓人放心大膽地喝……總之,吃葷怕激素,吃素的怕毒素,吃什么心理都沒數(shù)!

人類在進步,社會在進步,科技在進步,為什么食品在退步呢?這些生產(chǎn)人合格食品的人之所以這樣做,就是為了自己的利益,為了錢。他們認為只有錢才能幸福。但是,人不是只有依靠錢才能幸福的!靠的是自己的本事,憑真本事掙來的錢,才用得放心,這樣不更加幸福嗎?
